I got black ops 4 on the PC earlier tonight, expecting some good old fash ioned COD deathmatch. Ironically,that was the only game mode that no one seemed to be playing. Ev erything else was battle royale based or had weird classes or something? Idfk. I wouldn’t mind so much if there was single player but there isn’t anything to practice on so....yeah I regret this decision fully and I hope I get a refund here soon. Damn kids with their fortnite dances and loot boxes!

Zombies was always just okay to me, and the package I got was just MP + battle royale for a reduced fee so I don’t get access to zombies anyways.

Still wasn’t worth it to me but then again I miss battlefield 2142 so I was always an outcast when it came to shooters.

I played the original planetside in high school. Was a good time. I preferred tribes 2, but we’d sometimes all rally up on the old ventrilo server and give a couple dozen people a real bad night.

It’s pretty fleshed out here. No pun intended. I’m playing on a friend’s console, so I don’t know how that package stuff works. The last video game I bought didn’t have downloads or updates! And you could play it without internet!

Well given that I already payed for a game I don’t like, i doubt I’ll be paying even more for a game mode I didn’t play much in previous games. I’m sure it’s better than ever in here, I just don’t think it’s what I like in shooters.

I play it on xbox, and while we’ve been playing more blackout recently, the team deathmatch had a sizable population.

On console you can set up a custom game mode to play against bots if you want to practice. I’ve never done it, but according to the Youtubes it’s possible.

I have a solid FUCK YOU to the Call of Duty franchise owners. It went from my most favorite game in the world - probably 2000 hours played over time, to ILL NEVER BUY ONE AGAIN! I bought three of them after Modern Warfare 3, and hated every single one. I still turn on MW3 occasionally but it’s full of Wallers and aimbots.

If you want a decent single player mission, buy a cheap copy of Battlefield 1. Very reminiscent of earlier Call of Duty games.

Play literally any of the multiplayer game modes. No one gives a fuck about the objective and they turn into team death match.
